Ingredients needed for this smoothie

To make this smoothie, you will need some frozen blueberries and mangos. You can buy them at the grocery store or freeze them yourself. For the liquid base, I like to use clementines or mandarins, along with some water. This adds a nice citrusy flavor, and the water helps to thin it out.

Next, you will need some vanilla Greek yogurt. I love the Oikos Triple Zero brand because it’s low in sugar and high in protein. You will also need a banana, which helps to give the smoothie a creamy texture. Finally, add a splash of pure vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.

You will need a blender to make this smoothie. A few good options for this are the Vitamix E310 Explorian Blender or the Ninja BN801 Professional Plus Kitchen System.

How to prepare this smoothie

This smoothie recipe is not only easy to make, but it is also delicious. To make it, you will need several ingredients such as oranges, bananas, blueberries, mangos, vanilla, and yogurt.

First, peel and slice the mandarin oranges and place them in the blender blending them for about 30 seconds. Once done, add water to the blender until the mixture is about 1 cup full. If you don’t have mandarin oranges, use half a cup of orange juice and half a cup of water instead.

Next, add the bananas, blueberries, and mangos to the blender and blend everything until smooth. Finally, add the vanilla and yogurt to the mixture and blend until everything is well mixed.  If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water until you reach your desired consistency.
